Kashaya Tantra is a wellness practice rooted in ancient Ayurvedic and Tantric traditions, offering sacred knowledge, mentorship, and embodiment practices for modern spiritual seekers. Head Quarters Design was brought in to redesign the existing Wix website, with a focus on intuitive UI/UX, content refinement, and SEO optimisation. The goal was to create a digital space that feels sacred, accessible, and aligned with the energetic depth of the teachings.
Summary
This project was a full redesign of an existing website that needed visual clarity, stronger storytelling, and a more considered user journey. We restructured the content, redesigned the layout, and wrote key sections to better articulate the essence of Kashaya Tantra’s offerings. Through clean UI/UX design and optimised SEO structure, we built a site that now invites deeper engagement and supports long-term visibility.
Challenge
The original website lacked a cohesive narrative and clear pathways for users to engage with the offerings. Content was text-heavy and not structured for readability or flow, making it difficult for new visitors to understand the scope of services or connect with the brand’s deeper purpose.
Solutions
We began by reworking the site architecture to create a more intentional journey - guiding users from introduction to deeper engagement with teachings, sessions, and events. The visual design was updated with a calm, spacious aesthetic that supports the sacred tone of the brand, while ensuring mobile responsiveness and clarity across all devices.
We rewrote and edited core content, focusing on clarity, accessibility, and alignment with the brand’s voice. Calls to action were refined and strategically placed to support conversions. We also implemented foundational SEO improvements, including keyword mapping, metadata, image optimisation, and performance enhancements - to increase organic discoverability.
