Facets Numerology is a soulful, modern numerology practice offering intuitive guidance, courses, and one-on-one sessions for clients seeking deeper self-awareness through numbers. As a startup, the brand required a full-scale launch - from identity creation to digital infrastructure. Head Quarters Design was commissioned to build and launch the brand from the ground up, delivering a cohesive identity, SEO-driven content, website design, and digital marketing strategy to support growth and connection.

Summary

This project involved the complete creation and roll-out of a new holistic brand. Our team developed the logo, brand identity, SEO-optimised website content, and full-featured Wix website - integrating key functionality such as bookings, event listings, and online course support. In parallel, we created a launch-ready social media strategy and provided community management to support engagement and build brand presence online.

Challenge

As a new brand in a niche spiritual and wellness space, Facets Numerology needed to establish immediate clarity, credibility, and resonance with a conscious, digital-first audience. The challenge was to translate a deeply intuitive offering into a user-friendly, professional, and discoverable digital presence. The site required integrated functionality for bookings, events, and course delivery - while also being inviting, aesthetically calming, and aligned with the energy of the work. A secondary challenge was building a brand voice and visibility on social media platforms from zero.

Solutions

We began by designing a modern yet symbolic logo and brand identity system that reflects insight, balance, and clarity - all core to numerology. Using this visual foundation, we designed and developed a fully responsive Wix website with integrated booking functionality, online course modules, and a calendar-based events system to support the full business model.

Our content strategy focused on writing clear, emotionally resonant copy that demystifies numerology while engaging both first-time visitors and returning clients. All content was written with SEO optimisation in mind - including keyword targeting, metadata, and structured content to support long-term organic growth.

In addition, we developed a social media launch strategy for Instagram and Facebook, including content planning, visual template design, hashtag research, and community management. The goal was to position the brand as approachable, insightful, and trustworthy - while building awareness and encouraging direct engagement.
